The stamp is faint, but I see what looks Russian writing and “C.C.C.P.” in a square in the center and under that “Russia” (I put some spit on it to darken for pics, may be hard to see is very faint). Note: A nail has been bent and used to attach the clip to the strop. The clip reads “Made in USA” and has an anchor logo (have seen this anchor logo on old belt buckles). Believe the strop is Russian and nail and clip added later. Is 24” not counting clip. Very cool thing. Sold “as is”. Go into my eBay store and search “barbers,” there are shears, blades, sharpening strop, etc. Shipped within 3 business days of sale.
