We’ve tried many different types of box and found this one to be pretty much perfect. Next we insert the POP into a bubble wrap pocket. Once again, the perfect size is very important. With the right size bubble pocket, the excess bubble wrap should neatly fill the vacant gaps between the wrapped POP and the mailing box. The aim here is to stop the POP from rattling around inside the mailing box, but not to fit so tightly that every little pressure on the outside of the mailing box gets passed on to the POP box inside, possibly causing damage.
