***SEE LIVE VIDEO BELOW AD *** **NEW EXHAUST IN SPRING IF 2023** This listing is for a perfect running and low hour 2002 Yamaha F225hp four stroke outboard with a 25″ shaft that was used primarily in the brackish Connecticut river. It shows incredibly well and may be the cleanest Yamaha 225 we’ve had this year. It has been maintained very well and just had the complete exhaust kit replaced this past spring along with a fuel system / VST cleaning and water pump. This is an EFI four stroke model with standard right hand rotation and power trim and tilt. This engine has not been re-built or tampered with in any way. Cosmetically it looks excellent and the the paint is all original top to bottom. We just test ran it and it runs and shifts very well. Compression is 210 to 220 (warm after test run) in all 6 cylinders which is perfect. The hours are low at 921 and over 600 of them at less than 2000 rpm (see download report).
